ASCENT was established in 2001 by Mariusz Majchrowicz, an active climber, rope access technician and manager of work at height. Our team of professionals, having a long-standing experience in the work at height, rope access, rescue, confined space and explosive environments, guarantees top quality services and safety standards. ASCENT supervises and provides services in dozens of countries across the world, onshore and offshore. We have worked in Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, England, Scotland, Denmark, Iran, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Caribbean, Trinidad, Indonesia, South Korea.
Since 2001 ASCENT has also been providing training services delivered by the most experienced and qualified instructors in Central Europe. Courses are carried out and supervised by a Training Manager – Mariusz Majchrowicz, the first IRATA Assessor in Central Europe. Besides, Mariusz is also an instructor of the Polish Mountaineering Association and an instructor of Sport Climbing & Montaineering authorized by the Polish Minister of Sport and Tourism. He is one of several instructors in Europe holding a national vocational title – SVQ Units L10 Presentation, L11 Demonstration, L12 Coaching, L13 Group Learning awarded by the Scottish Qualifications Authority.
Courses in ASCENT are delivered solely by fully professional trainers with highest qualifications accredited by international industrial rope access associations – IRATA, SPRAT and OTDL, who also have pedagogical qualifications. Each of the trainers is an active IRATA, SPRAT and OTDL rope access supervisor. We have provided trainings of working at heights, rope access, rescue, breathing apparatus use, among others, in Poland, Germany, Austria, Scotland, England, Trinidad or Indonesia. We have trained several thousand working at height tradesman, a few hundred rope access technicians, several dozen of rescuers, and a dozen rope access and rescue instructors.
