Mariusz Majchrowicz began his mountaineering and rope access career in 1983. Since then he has been permanently involved in the rope access business, climbing, rock climbing and mountaineering training, rope access and rescue training, and distribution of climbing and professional rope access equipment. For more than 32 years he has been climbing rocks and mountains in Europe, Asia, America, Africa, and he has been carrying out and supervising rope access work, work at height, work in hazardous environments and rescue activities.
In 2001 he started providing training services in ASCENT Training Center. Since 2006 he has been conducting IRATA rope access courses, since 2013 OTDL rope access training, and since 2015 SPRAT rope access training. As IRATA Level 3 Supervisor he supervises onshore and offshore rope access work in Poland, England, Scotland, Norway, Germany, Austria, Trinidad, and Indonesia. He also holds a pedagogical certificate and he is one of several instructors in Europe holding a national vocational title – SVQ Units L10 Presentation, L11 Demonstration, L12 Coaching, L13 Group Learning awarded by Scottish Qualifications Authority.
From 2007 to 2010 he worked as a full-time Senior Trainer in BIS Salamis, Aberdeen, Scotland. He worked out a complex training program for work at height – BIS Skills Centre, conducting IRATA rope access training, work at heights and rescue training, work on ropes in compressed air breathing apparatus, and in hazardous environment. He provided work at heights management training for supervising and managing staff of oil industry offshore companies. He worked out and conducted training for workers at height and rescue teams (ERT – Emergency Response Team), among others, for Shell, Maersk and Marathon in the North Sea, Atlantic and BP in Trinidad, Donggi Senoro in Indonesia. He has trained more than 3000 workers at height, a few hundred rope access technicians, several dozen of rescuers, a few OIM and HSE inspectors, and several rope access and rescue instructors. He provides consulting services and develops procedures in the scope of organizing safe work at height and rescue for companies in Poland and abroad.

Krzysztof Janoszek Instructor

Krzysztof Janoszek began his rope access career in 1999. He has experience in industrial cleaning, vacuum cleaning, corrosion protection, assembly and disassembly of steel structures, welding, technical inspections and NDT, rescue services in work at height, confined spaces, hazardous and explosion-protection environments.

He became an IRATA technician in 2007 and gained experience also in foreign markets, for example, in Germany, Czech Republic, UK, France, Norway, Saudi Arabia, USA, Caribbean. In 2008 he became IRATA Level 3 and extended his qualifications in rope access, work at height, rescue, work in breathing apparatus, confined spaces, hazardous and explosion-protection environments and offshore. He works as IRATA Level 3 Supervisor onshore and offshore.

Since 2012, concurrently with rope access work, he has been delivering training in ASCENT Training Centre, as a qualified pedagogue and IRATA Level 3.

Kamil Niewiadomski Instructor

Kamil Niewiadomski began his professional career in work at height and rope access in 2009. He has been involved in technical service, conversion and dismantling of mobile phone infrastructure and highly specialized geodetic measurements in atypical, tall and difficult to access industrial objects such as masts, telecommunication towers, and cranes.

In 2012 he became an IRATA technician and started to gain experience in foreign markets working in Norway, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Croatia, USA, Trinidad, Caribbean. He extended his qualifications successively to IRATA Level 3 and SPRAT Level 3, work in hazardous environments, work in breathing apparatus, confined spaces and offshore. He works as IRATA Level 3 Supervisor on onshore and offshore oil platforms, wind farms and passenger ships in the North Sea and the Caribbean.

Since 2014, concurrently with rope access work, he has been delivering training in ASCENT Training Centre, as a qualified pedagogue, IRATA Level 3 and SPRAT Level 3.
